Cloud Nine


1.5oz Wheat & Honey 
.5oz Drambuie 
1oz Heavy Cream
.75oz Strawberry Syrup
.75oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White 
Angostura Bitters


Add all ingredients except bitters into a shaker tin with ice and shake until chilled. Strain cocktail into back into tin, discarding ice, and dry shake for 15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Put 4-5 drops of angostura bitters on top of the foam and drag a line through each to create your favorite design.
