Black Sparrow Barrel Proof

Created as our personal reserve bourbon. We crafted this one-of-a-kind signature bottle of whiskey in the shadows of our barrel room. We begin with a bourbon made from 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. We cut this bourbon to 114 proof (57% ABV). After aging, we add a twist – an American Oak spire, seasoned and toasted, imparting sweet, creamy flavors, and notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and butterscotch.
