2oz 4 Grain & Maple
.75oz Tarragon Syrup
.75oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Fresh Tarragon spring
Cracked pepper




Add all ingredients except into a shaker tin with ice and shake until chilled. Strain the cocktail back into the tin, discarding ice, and dry shake for 15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with fresh cracked pepper and a tarragon sprig.
