INGREDIENTS

• 1oz Wheat & Spire 
• 1oz Banana Liquer
• 1oz Stout
• .75oz cream
• .5oz Cookie Butter Syrup 
• Fully dropper Chicory Pecan Bitters
• Whole Egg
• Garnish: Stroop waffle

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and shake until chilled. Strain the cocktail back into the tin, discarding ice, and dry shake for 15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg. Serve with a stroop waffle.
