INGREDIENTS

  • 1oz Custom Bottle - Pineapple infused 
  • 1oz Lime juice
  • .75oz Simple syrup
  • Sparkling mineral water
  • Garnish: Pineapple wedge + lime wheel

DIRECTIONS

Pour whiskey, lime juice, and simple syrup into a shaker tin and short shake with ice. Strain into a Collins glass and fill with ice. Top with sparkling water and give a light stir. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and lime wheel.
