Bay of Les Saintes

INGREDIENTS

1oz Custom Bottle - Pineapple Liqueur infused 
1oz Lime juice
.75oz Simple syrup
Sparkling mineral water
Garnish: Pineapple wedge + lime wheel

DIRECTIONS

Pour whiskey, lime juice, and simple syrup into a shaker tin and short shake with ice. Strain into a Collins glass and fill with ice. Top with sparkling water and give a light stir. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and lime wheel.
