INGREDIENTS
- 2oz Rye & Spire
- 1oz Cranberry Juice
- 1oz Sage Syrup
- .5oz Lime Juice
- 1 Egg White
- Garnish: Lightly torched sage leaf
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and shake until chilled. Strain the cocktail back into the tin, discarding ice, and dry shake for 15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with lightly torched sage leaf.
