1.5oz Rye & Spire
1oz Lime Juice
.5oz Grapefruit Juice
.5oz Simple Syrup
Grapefruit Soda (topper)
Dehydrated lime wheel (garnish)
Glass: Collins
DIRECTIONS
Shake all ingredients and strain into glass, add ice, top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with lime wheel.
