Mr. Evans

Ingredients 

1.5 OZ BOURBON & VINE
.75 OZ CABERNET SYRUP
.75 OZ LEMON JUICE
EGG WHITE 

Cabernet Syrup

In a pot over low heat, combine one part Cabernet with one part granulated sugar. Let mixture simmer for 10 minutes. Stir regularly. Remove from heat and let cool.

Cocktail

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake. Remove ice from shaker and shake again without ice. Serve in chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
