Ingredients

  • 2oz Rye & Spire
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • Barspoon Demerara Syrup
  • Absinthe

Recipe

Build in stir glass, stir with ice until diluted. Spritz absinthe rinse into glass and pour into glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
