Iago’s Escape

INGREDIENTS

1.5oz Rye & Rumba 
.75oz Campari
1.5oz Pineapple juice 
.5oz Lime juice
.5oz Demerara syrup 
Garnish: Pineapple wedge + luxardo cherry

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and luxardo cherry.
