Coffee Fizz

Ingredients

• 2oz Bourbon & Brew
• .5oz Coffee Liqueur
• .5 Simple Syrup
• .75 Cream
• 1 Egg White
• Soda Water
• Chocolate Shavings

Recipe

Add bourbon, coffee liqueur, simple syrup, cream, and egg white to a shaker tin with ice and shake well. Strain ingredients back into tins, discard ice, and dry shake ingredients. Strain into a colins glass and let rest for 1-2 minutes. Top with soda water to create the lift effect. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
