The Blithedale Romance

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5oz Custom Bottle - Port Wine infused 
  • 2 peach slices 
  • 2 lemon wedges 
  • 1oz Lillet Rosé
  • .25oz Honey simple syrup
  • Soda Water 
  • Garnish: Peach, orange, mint, brandied cherry and pepper

DIRECTIONS

Muddle the fruit with simple syrup in a cocktail shaker tin. Add B-Port, Lillet Rosé, and ice to tin, then shake and strain into a collins glass with crushed ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with peach and orange slice, mint bouquet, brandied cherry, and a hint of fresh cracked pepper.
