Bourbon is pretty perfect; made from 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. We honor the tradition of distillation & aging to the letter. After aging, we add a twist – an American Oak spire, seasoned and toasted imparting sweet, rich flavors, and notes of honey, vanilla, and caramel.

Wheat & Spire
Wheated Bourbon is growing in popular demand for its creamy, buttery finish. Wheat & Spire is made from 51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. We honor the tradition of distillation & aging to the letter. After aging, we add a twist – a French Oak spire, seasoned and toasted imparting peppery, sweet flavors, and notes of butterscotch, floral spices, and peppercorn.

4 Grain & Spire
Four Grain bourbon is the most complex of all bourbons, yet with a complex recipe comes a harmonious flavor. 4 Grain & Spire begins with a mash bill of 55% corn, 18% rye, 22% wheat, 5% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. We honor the tradition of distillation & aging to the letter. After aging, we add a twist – an American Oak spire, seasoned and toasted, imparting big, creamy flavors, and notes of caramel, ginger, and allspice.

Rye & Spire
Rye whiskey; a classic staple for whiskey drinkers. Rye & Spire begins with a mash bill of 95% rye, 5% malted barley, and is aged in charred American White Oak barrels. We strictly follow the tradition of distillation and aging to the letter. To enhance the flavors, we add a twist of an American Oak spire, seasoned and toasted, which brings out deep, bold flavors, with hints of licorice, cinnamon, and butterscotch.

Wheat & Honey is the intersection between wheated bourbon and honey. We begin the process with a wheated bourbon made from 51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. After aging, we add a twist – an American Oak spire, seasoned, toasted, and infused with honey, imparting sweet, rich flavors, and notes of honey, toffee and toasted oak.

Rye & Rumba is the intersection between rye whiskey and Caribbean Rum. We begin the process with a rye made from 95% rye, 5% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. After aging, we add a twist – an American Oak spire, seasoned, toasted, and infused with Caribbean Rum, imparting sweet, bright flavors, and notes of panel, coconut, and molasses.

We begin the process with a bourbon made from 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. After aging, we add a twist – a French Oak spire, seasoned, toasted, and infused with cold brew coffee, imparting rich, hearty flavors, and notes of coffee, dark chocolate, and burnt vanilla.

Created in collaboration with Forrie J Smith, AKA Lloyd Pierce from Paramount Network's 'Yellowstone,' Forrie crafted his one-of-a-kind signature bottle of whiskey. We begin with a bourbon made from 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. We cut this cowboy bourbon to 114 proof (57% ABV). After aging, we add a twist – an American Oak spire, seasoned, toasted, and infused with cold brew coffee, imparting rich, hearty flavors, and notes of coffee, dark chocolate, and burnt vanilla.

After aging, we add a twist – an American Oak spire, seasoned, toasted, and infused with vanilla, imparting sweet, creamy flavors, and notes of vanilla, toffee, and toasted marshmallow.
